Shipping & Returns


Orders placed before 12pmCST on a business day are processed for shipment same day, all other orders are processed for shipment on the next business day. Transit times may increase by 5 days due to seasonal shipping delays

US orders:

We offer free USPS ground shipping for orders over $150 with 3-5 business days delivery. 
UPS 2nd Day Air is also available for an additional cost.

International orders:

We offer UPS international shipping with 3-7 business days delivery. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight of shipment.
Taxes and Duties of your country are not included, and you may be subject to pay Taxes and Duties when receiving our shipment.

  • We reserve the right to choose a different shipping method, including to require signature on delivery


    It is our policy to accept returns for defective or damaged products only. Personal taste in fragrance is a subjective thing, therefore we cannot accept returns for products based on a dislike of the scent. We always suggest you start with our Discovery Sets or Signature Discovery Sets to sample the scents before purchasing a full size bottle.

    If your product arrived defective or damaged, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Please email to inform us of the problem. We might be busy preparing orders, but we promise to get back to you as soon as possible. Please allow 24 hours to receive a response from our team, excluding weekends and holidays. 

    All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Our return policy is 14 days. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund after 14 days of original purchase date. 

    Note: The purchase of an E-Gift Card and/or a or Scent Samplers such as Discovery sets, Signature Discovery set is final sale and will not be eligible for a refund and/or return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it.

     To return your product, you should email to initiate process. 

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also advise you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

    We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions stated above. Please contact us if you have any questions or problems.


    Orders that return to our facilities as being undeliverable as addressed by the carriers will be subject to an automatic refund (less shipping) issued back to the original form of payment within 7 business days of its return.

    • Products purchased from other sellers should be returned where purchased
